Housemate Issues - What to do if there's a problematic housemate

Are you experiencing a problem caused by your housemates? For example this could be noise, cleaning, guest or safety issues, or inappropriate behaviour or language. If it’s appropriate, use the house’s Whatsapp group and just let your housemates know you’ve experienced a problem, without personalising it.

For example, if a housemate has been noisy and kept you awake at night you could simply say ‘I was kept awake by noise last night’. Another example might be an untidy kitchen – you could say ‘The sink was full of dirty dishes this morning – someone didn’t wash up last night.’

If the problem persists, let us know so that we can log the issue – we won’t contact the individual causing the problem without your permission.

Email: edwinlaurensius@cheltenhamservicedrooms.co.uk.

You can always formalise it directly by logging an issue below and there’s an option to keep it confidential.

Broadband / Internet

If you experience an issue with internet access, YouFibre offers an app called Eero which you can use to diagnose the fault and find out whether it is in the router or whether it is a local issue they are working on.
It also allows you to reset the router if necessary.

When you carried out your induction, you were instructed to contact us so we can add you as an Administrator to eero internet.
Please use the app and if you have to contact support they will also asks you for additional information.
